Whoever increases wealth by taking interest or profit from the poor amasses it for another, who will be kind to the poor.

Commentary

This should sound obvious, but don’t exploit the poor. There are many lenders in the US today that make their business by preying on the poor. The poor don’t have much to start with, but these lenders are happy to take it all. Payday lenders are one example. Sleazy “we finance” car dealerships are another example. They often a product that is enticing for someone with a small income, and then they do a future maneuvers to capture that person.
